Time Goes By

I can't believe it's the end of June. Half of this year is gone. What happened? It seems to have just flown by! It's also hard to believe that my niece will be one year in a couple of days. She certainly is growing up little by little. I just spent some time with her swinging in a park and walking around with her in the stroller. She was singing away to herself, pointing at everything along the route...a happy little girl. Her parents had a fun birthday party for her on the weekend. She was super cute and not at all shy or fussy in spite of all the people. She loved playing with the whipping cream and strawberries on the top of her cake.

I don't think she really ate any cake, but she did like the topping, especially off of Opa's cupcake.
